PROJECT NEWS

Nigeria.Following the end of the military rule in Nigeria the DFID aimed to develop a programme to assist and reform the health sector under the new democratic government.

HLSP consulting was appointed to develop and manage the new programme and contracted Dr Nicholas Crisp of EOH Health (Benguela) who developed and facilitated The Change Agent Programme (CAP) as a part of the larger DFID response.
